We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Where possible we build with keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, semantic HTML and sufficient colour contrast in mind.
Known limitations we're actively working on:
- Some embedded third-party maps (Google Maps, trail overlays) do not fully expose their controls to screen readers.
- A small number of photographs still rely on brief alt text and would benefit from richer descriptions.
- Video content shared on our social channels is not yet captioned.
On the day
Please let us know when you request a quote if you or a member of your party has accessibility needs. We can then plan the right vehicle, pickup point and timing.
- Assistance animals are always welcome.
- Child seats and boosters are available on request.
- Step-assist and mobility support: a low first step, grab handle at the door, and space for a folded wheelchair, walker or mobility scooter in the rear luggage area.
- Wheelchair-accessible transfers: our current vehicles are not fitted with a hoist or ramp for occupied wheelchairs. Passengers who can transfer to a standard seat with support are very welcome — please let us know your needs when booking.
